I spend a lot of time tinkering with tech. Lately, meaning a lot of AI.
Writing, media, and things I make.
My main writing. Essays and prototypes about possible futures.
We do futures research at a Lab. My job is to work out how different changes could affect each other, then describe possible futures in enough detail that companies can plan for them. Spend all day doing that and you start expecting those futures in your own life. Weirdly, I might relate to method actors. The regular world feels bizarre.
Shorter posts about whatever I am thinking about.
My research software. Articles, notes, and the connections between them, on a shared map. Email for the waitlist.
A robot arm, a postcard maker, a few other things I wanted to build.
Some of this website’s readers are software. I wanted to show you what that looks like.
