In a mixed future there is a report card related to disagreement. What is it?

A dating app that puts sleep, fitness and other health numbers on people’s profiles.
In an offloaded future there is a browser related to learning. What is it?

The cards follow The Thing from the Future, a card game by Stuart Candy and Jeff Watson of Situation Lab.
